My name Carol and I am a first-year graduate student in the MSc in Clinical Embryology Course. In addition to organizing events for the MCR community (guest dinners, garden parties, BOPs and many more!) I am especially passionate about fostering an environment which is more directly inclusive of students who have faced subtle or direct discrimination due to their race or financial status during their time at Oxford. As a Chinese-Canadian international student, I feel strongly about creating events and spaces which draw in students who may be more hesitant to attend in the first place. I am absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the MCR!
